ZyRA Return & Refund Policy

At ZyRA, every piece is designed with intention, combining modern streetwear with elevated minimal aesthetics. Each item is produced in limited quantities to maintain its quality and exclusivity.

Because of the nature of our products, we operate a selective return policy. We offer returns on defective or incorrect items, ensuring every ZyRA order meets our quality standards.


= Eligible returns

We accept returns for:

  1. Items that arrive damaged or defective
  2. Orders with shipping errors

= Non-eligible Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  1. Incorrect size selection
  2. No exchanges available due to limited drops
  3. Personal preference or minor issues

Please double check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the limited and curated nature of our collections, the following are non-returnable:

  • Items without original packaging
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Damaged items caused by the customer
  • Products bought during final sales or promotions (unless defective)

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  1. Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags
  2. Must be in original packaging
  3. Receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to start a return

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions
  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Refund Process

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or denial
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
